On June 9, 2024 the Angela Marotta Inho Foundation will hold its 2nd Annual Ang's Warrior Walk for Lung Cancer Awareness at Bushnell Park in Hartford, CT. There will be an event kickoff starting at the Pump House with words from Angela's family and the foundation. This will be followed by a few laps around Bushnell Park and the event will end with some great raffle prizes you won't want to miss.

Proceeds will go to lung oncologist, Mark Awad's Dana-Farber Cancer Institute research fund. Dr. Awad, who took care of Angela Marotta Inho during her 3-year battle, will use the funds raised to study the genetics and immune environment of lung tumors to develop better immune therapies for cancer patients. Additionally, this year part of the proceeds will be used to lend support to a lung cancer warrior(s) enduring treatment during Lung Cancer Awareness month in November. 

~Parking is available around Bushnell Park and in surrounding parking lots.

~In-person registration will be available the day of the event and will be required to pay by cash, check or venmo.

~Children 10 and under do not need to pay a registration fee.
